Stories from and Sculptures

"Everything ". The first word that Kevin knew. Well knew. For he had "everything". He always had.
He possessed every imaginable toy .... and still he was sad, because what he really wanted was denied. The people who believed to spoil him, but actually ran maim him, mentally , socially , his parents . They loved him, no question, but they did not have time for him and they could not buy him time ...

They bought him everything he wanted and, like his friends, he now began his life on a virtual basis. He played Nintendo, watched television and stuffed with chips and candy ... and was getting fatter ...

Habit for him was to have everything. If this request was not satisfied by his life, the

anger, the despair came and its already existing hyperactivity and impulsivity were getting stronger.

The others, the classmates, the teacher did not accept him. They did not like the way he was. He was too exhausting, too loud. He provoked in anywhere. Nobody liked him. He was alone - all alone - an outsider.

Repudiation of the real world, he began to retreat . Back to the world he had known from childhood , the accepted and praised him - where he was good. The Virtual . The computer

Kevin was older, more mature. He began to rethink his life. As we all did it at some point or do - be . He began to realize what had happened. Slowly. Steadily.

He realized that he closed the real world and the virtual had opened alone. As a prisoner. He had his eyes, ears and mouth closed in order to protect themselves from the challenges of life.

But now he was getting at. He was strong, Kevin.
And so he got up, stood up. Liberated from his virtual prison and did what he always

wanted - deep inside him .
He began to go his own way !

Once there was a little girl named Jaqueline. Her parents bought her everything she wanted, but they did not have time for her. They always had to work.

Therefore they did not notice that she had become extremely shy. She bit her nails constantly whenever somebody spoke to her.

And she lived in her own world.

Because it was so difficult for her to approach others and to defend herself she became a victim of bullying in her class.

She did not know how to cope with this situation so that she refused to eat.

until she became very thin.

Luckily enough, one day she found somebody who listened to her.

She discovered her own power, learned to stand up for herself and walk her own path in life!

Once there was a nice and helpful boy named Andrew.

He went to a good school which was directed by priests.

Unfortunately one of the priests was not very good…

He returned again and again… he constrained Andrew … to keep silent... and he kept silent…

He never did talk … but everybody knew!

They never looked, heard or talked about it.

Nobody should ever know.

Andrew grew up.

He tried to kill his pain by using drugs, but it did not work out.

Years later he broke his silence …

Once there was a little girl named Emilie. She loved life and laughing a lot.

Without knowing she was being observed …

Every day he followed her … until one day he came too close …

She wanted him to go away and was afraid of him, but she could not escape. He returned again and again …

As she got older, she ran away…

But it was too late …

The pain he had left was already too big. Sometimes it was so intense, that Emilie could not deal with it and started to hurt herself.

But neither cutting nor vomiting helped.

She began to feel so disconnected from her true feelings that she prostituted herself.

In the end she wished she was dead…

She was hospitalized and started psychotherapy. After much personal transformation she reconnected with the laughing child within …

… and grew up to be a strong, well balanced and powerful woman.
